DC Mayor's Bullpen Office
DC Mayor's Bullpen Office: This
high visibility project at the Wilson
Building in Washington DC, was
awarded to R&R in late November of
2006 on one condition- The 5000 SF
must be renovated and completed
by January 2 2007. We met that
challenge and the space was in use
by the new Mayer and his staff on
time and on budget. We did the
drywall work, HVAC, Electrical,
ceiling system, carpet work,
painting and final space cleaning all
in a span of 14 working days and
during the holiday season ! |

DC Administrator's Bullpen Office
This 8000 SF renovation project was
also at the Wilson Building,
Washington DC, was awarded to
R&R in February 2006 and was
completed by early March of 2007.
We did the drywall work, HVAC,
Electrical, ceiling system, carpet
work, painting and final space
cleaning in a relatively short period
of time and satisfied the customer
in all aspect of the work. |

DC-OJS Mail Room
441 4th Street
NW, Washington DC. Work included Demolition
of walls and partitions in
a 9000 SF space while the staff is
working in the morning. Replaced
the ceiling systems, installed new
energy efficient lighting fixtures
shipped from Chicago, mill work,
new VCT flooring, Carpet, HAVAC,
painting and final cleaning. The Mail
room manager was very impressed
with the work and our
superintendent professionalism.
Work was completed in less than 3
weeks from the start of the project.
We managed to protect sensitive
electronic sorting machines and the
mail workers from dust and common
construction incontinences. |

Business Center for DC Public
Schools
Business Center for DC Public
Schools, Office of the CFO, 625
North Capitol Street, Washington,
DC. This year end project was
awarded to R&R in early September
in order to be completed by October
01 2007. Work included demolition
of walls doors and floors,
installation of new ceiling system,
new cork flooring, lighting fixture,
relocation of
phone/ data/Telecommunication
server and reconnection 72
workstations to the server, new
glass doors windows, walls, painting
and final cleaning all in a span of 15
days to meet the year end cycle.
Customer was extremely satisfied
with the work and the promises we
made. |
